Your tasks

  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Checking of incoming payments and, if necessary, preparation of reminders
  • Handling of current financial accounting
  • Carrying out advance sales tax returns and calculations
  • Travel expense and cash accounting
  • Master data maintenance and data management
  • Continuous optimization and improvement of our processes

Your profile

  • Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), accountant (m/f/d), business administrator (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Alternatively, a completed business degree as Bachelor (m/f/d), Business Economist (m/f/d) or an analogous field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting and in the use of accounting software
  • Goal-oriented, precise and independent way of working
  • Mathematical and logical thinking skills
  • Organizational talent and team player mentality
