Your Tasks
Processing of scientific and technical development tasks in the field of sensory elements and intelligent assemblies up to complete devices with the focus on thermography, spectroscopy, gas and inertial sensors:
Mechanical and opto-mechanical system designs - from draft to working drawing
MCAD tasks in the field of measurement and test engineering as well as product development
Close cooperation with the adjacent development areas, especially ECAD design
Development and processing of measurement, inspection and test concepts for optical, electrical and functional characterizations
Feasibility studies and capability analyses according to project and product requirements
Sample production, qualification and release tests
Adherence to and monitoring of technical, commercial and schedule objectives
Lead and manage assigned internal and external development projects
Collaboration with external partners to achieve development goals
Provide technical support to sales in clarifying customer and product requirements
Your Profile
Engineering or scientific studies, e.g. precision engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, instrument engineering or a comparable course of study (Master, Bachelor).
Alternatively, training as a technician (m/f/d) in the aforementioned disciplines
Confident handling of 3D-CAD software SOLIDWORKS
First verifiable professional experience in the field of mechanical design of equipment technology
Knowledge and experience in modern project and product management
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative and flexibility
