Employee Laboratory: Measurement and Testing Technology (m/f/d)


Actively design development-oriented innovative projects in the field of R&D laboratory in the fields of infrared sensor technology, assembly and connection technology, the analysis of technology processes, material and component analysis and quality control.

Your tasks:

  • Test setups and implementation (electr./mech./opt.), especially in the field of assembly and connection technology (AVT) of electronic microsystems and infrared components and systems
  • Planning, execution and logging of environmental simulation and long-term tests as well as metallographic material analyses
  • Participation in technology- and product-oriented customer and research projects
  • Error analysis in the context of CIP processes and measurement of technical parameters
  • Support and cooperation with change and quality requirements in the development phase and series production

Your profile:

  • Engineer, technician or technical vocational training (scientific, electronics, microtechnologist, mechatronics or related fields)
  • Use of skills and knowledge to solve novel tasks
  • Fast recording of complex testing and production processes
  • Preferably experience in the application of mech./opt./electr. Test and measurement methods
  • Affinity for the practical implementation of electro-mechanical structures
  • Careful handling of tools and hazardous substances
  • Applicable knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Applicable knowledge of MS Office programs
  • High communication and team skills, initiative and flexibility
