Your tasks

  • Organization of trade shows, conferences and internal events worldwide in cooperation with the sales and marketing team
  • Creation of content for internal communication
  • Support with
    • Implementation of content marketing, finding topics as well as preparing and publishing content
    • Production of content such as video, podcast and photos
  • Organizing the ordering of business cards or web giveaways
  • Creation of customer satisfaction surveys

Your profile

  • Training in the field of event management, e.g. marketing communications clerk (m/f/d), event management clerk (m/f/d), event manager (m/f/d) or comparable training with a focus on marketing and events
  • Sound professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office, ideally Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
  • A very good feel for images and graphics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Very well organized and reliable
