From goods receipt and proper storage to material issue and booking - you are experienced in dealing with all processes and have an impressive ability to comprehend things quickly.

Your tasks:

  • Receiving goods, creating delivery bills and storing them properly
  • Processing of invoices for outgoing goods for the disposition area
  • Issue, storage, return and booking of (leftover) material
  • Professional packing of products according to regulations
  • Removal and booking of products from the final warehouse
  • Requesting the parcel service and handover of the goods
  • Organization of shipment per shipping company
  • Delivery in short and long distance
  • Preparatory activities of customs clearance
  • Cooperation with the quality, production and development departments to ensure the on-time delivery schedules

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a forwarding agent, warehouse logistics specialist, industrial clerk, office clerk or similar IHK training
  • Professional experience in the above mentioned activities
  • Experience with common EDP (Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook, ERP system)
  • Open-minded and communicative personality
  • Reliable and motivated team player
