Optimization of processes and technologies, e.g. screen printing, laser alignment, AOI, automatic machine placement
Implementation and continuous monitoring of manufacturing processes
Evaluation and analysis of error patterns
Programming of production, measuring and inspection machines
Contact person for technical topics for employees in production
Instruction and qualification of employees
Control of process and machine capability
Planning, monitoring and evaluation of sample productions
Creation of work and operating instructions
Transfer of processes to series production
Development and coordination of automation concepts
Your Profile
Training as a technician (m/f/d), industrial foreman (m/f/d), bachelor's degree in precision engineering/electrical engineering/electronics/mechatronics or equivalent degree
First work experience
Accuracy, high level of concentration
Ability to work in a team, initiative and flexibility
