Your Tasks.

  • You will lead and motivate our dedicated team and be responsible for all work preparation.
  • With the help of modern software, you will be responsible for creating calculations, work plans and parts lists.
  • You will also ensure that master data and production documents are always up-to-date.
  • You will analyse existing processes and identify potential for improvement.
  • You are the first point of contact for your team and the production management if you have any questions or concerns.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.

Your Profile.

  • You have a degree in a technical or commercial field or a comparable qualification.
  • You have already gained experience in the field of work preparation.
  • Ideally, you have management experience and favour a modern management style.
  • You are characterised by your analytical skills and your structured way of working.
  • You are a strong communicator, reliable and team-orientated.
