High sensitivity thermopile dual detector based on MEMS technology with narrow band filter for gas analysis. It is used in the measurement of alcohol with reference channel. The detector is characterized by a low time constant and is suitable for use at higher gas concentrations. Behind the filters there are disposed radiation-sensitive elements which detect the spectral range corresponding to the transmission range of the respective upstream filter.
