Unique benefit for our employees

Einzigartiger Benefit für Mitarbeitende

From the beginning of 2022, the TRIDELTA CAMPUS Kulturticket will allow employees of the campus' member companies free access to all museums in Jena and Gera.

The innovative and unique project offers current and future employees considerable added value and serves to increase the attractiveness of Hermsdorf as a business location.

At TRIDELTA CAMPUS Hermsdorf there is currently a large and still growing number of job advertisements. As in many regions of Germany, skilled workers are desperately needed. Filling the vacancies and attracting good employees is a key milestone for TRIDELTA CAMPUS on its way to becoming Europe's leading center for advanced ceramics. When changing jobs, which is often associated with a move, it is not only the attractiveness of the job or the company that counts. Living conditions are just as relevant, and so are the cultural offerings. This is where TRIDELTA CAMPUS wants to come in and offer employees exclusive access to the offerings of an attractive and culturally rich region.

Konstanze Hartmann, board member of TRIDELTA CAMPUS and initiator of the KulturTicket:

"For this, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jonas Zipf (Plant Manager Jena Kultur) and Claudia Tittel (Head of the Gera Cultural Office) as representatives for the cities of Jena and Gera. This project is a great inspiration for cooperation in the region in the sense of employees and partners. With this, we have created something unique."

The TRIDELTA CAMPUS KulturTicket is a unique and innovative project with lighthouse character. It grants employees of participating TRIDELTA CAMPUS member companies free access to all municipal museums in the two cities of Jena and Gera. In Jena, these are specifically the City Museum, the Art Collection and the Romantikerhaus Literature Museum. In Gera, the Otto-Dix-Haus, the Orangerie, the Museum of Applied Arts, the City Museum and the Natural History Museum can be visited with the Culture Ticket. In addition, there are concerts by the Jena Philharmonic Orchestra and events at COMMA and KuK - the Gera Culture and Congress Center. The Gera Cultural Office and JenaKultur are the cooperation partners of TRIDELTA CAMPUS e.V. and have made the offer possible.

Dr. Claudia Tittel, Head of the Cultural Office Kulturamt Gera:

"I am very happy about the Kulturticket, because it not only links culture in the region with each other, but also with local companies. I am pleased that so many employees are interested in the Kulturticket. I thank the initiators for this great idea."

Jonas Zipf, Plant Manager JenaKultur:

"The beginning has been made. Our KulturTicket for the TRIDELTA Campus Hermsdorf is a clear commitment to quality of life and the joy of cooperation in East Thuringia. I am particularly pleased, not only the excellent cooperation with the TRIDELTA Campus, but also with the colleagues from GeraKultur. I am convinced: together we will manage to make the potentials of our region visible!"

The TRIDELTA CAMPUS KulturTicket is personalized and allows employees free admission together with their ID card. 20 member companies of the TRIDELTA CAMPUS participate in the project.  A total of 1500 KulturTickets have been ordered. Even if not all offers can be fully utilized right at the beginning of the year due to Corona, the outlook for the cultural year 2022 is promising. Those responsible for culture in the cities of Gera and Jena have a rich program and many options, which now, together with the Kultur Ticket, make for a very diverse offering. The current Corona rules apply to the use of these offers.
