How can I pay in Micro-Hybrid online store?

What currency is accepted in the Micro-Hybrid online shop?

How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the destination and will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation. After handover to the shipping service provider, we have no influence on the exact delivery date. To track the shipment, use the tracking code in the shipping confirmation.
What can I do if an item of the order is missing or arrives damaged?
Please check the goods delivered by us as soon as possible to detect any defects. If something is missing or there is damage, contact us immediately and we will initiate a claim including inspection/repair of the items and a credit note if necessary.
How can I track the shipment?
With your shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking number from us. This allows you to track where your goods are currently located.

Do I have to create a customer account to be able to order something?

In the Micro-Hybrid online shop there is no defined minimum order value. To keep logistics and shipping efficient, they receive the products in different minimum order quantities.
What happens after sending the order?
We will process your order. You will receive an email with the shipping information and the order summary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Are there any products at Micro-Hybrid that are not displayed in the online shop?
Micro-Hybrid does not only manufacture products of our standard range. We are specialized in customized OEM electronic solutions. Our sales team will be happy to advise you on your individual measurement task and application.
