Location: Tucson, AZ
Your Tasks
- Engage with both current and prospective clients to determine their technical needs and offer specialized advice
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to clearly convey their benefits and value propositions
- Design and execute a strategic plan for key accounts, establishing specific goals for our NDIR gas sensors
- Assist in developing and executing tailored business strategies for each customer
- Perform routine visits to clients and participate in industry trade shows and conferences
- Create sales forecasts and provide direct updates to the sales leadership team
- Keep informed about industry developments and monitor competitors’ products and offerings
Your Profile
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical engineering, Technical Sales, Business engineering or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in electrical engineering and sales, e.g. as an electrical engineer, sales manager, industrial engineer, ideally in the field of sensor technology (sectors: medical, environmental or industrial)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the design and function of gas sensors: emitters, detectors and filters
- Understanding of calibration and measurement inaccuracies as well as temperature compensation
- Business fluent English language skills
- Strong market knowledge of the American sales territory
- Excellent technical understanding and enthusiasm for our solutions
- Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and negotiation expertise
- Structured working style and a team player mentality
