Site anniversary in Münchenbernsdorf!

With the opening of our branch office 10 years ago, the company established the foundation for the expansion of a now internationally important business area of the company: The development and production of customized gas sensors.

Team in front of building

Branch manager Gerd Urban has been with the company from the very beginning. " I am proud to be able to rely on a strong and committed team at all times. We are pleased about the growth of the company and the accompanying forward-looking developments at the Münchenbernsdorf site."  Started at the beginning with 2 employees, the team has currently grown to 15 people.

In 2022, the Münchenbernsdorf site will become a Micro-Hybrid competence center for gas sensors. The focus will then be solely on the production of customer-specific gas sensor modules. The portfolio will be expanded and the production volume significantly increased. To ensure these goals are met, extensive investments are being made in the latest machinery and equipment. The state-of-the-art assembly lines will be used in the new assembly hub in Hermsdorf.

CEO Dr. Knuth Baumgärtel "The development and production of gas sensors for critical applications worldwide are an essential part of our global growth strategy. With the investment in our competence center for gas sensors in Münchenbernsdorf, we provide the necessary resources."
