The targeted further training of employees is an important strategic component of our company development.  In cooperation with competent partners, we design individual offers and seminars based on the different educational goals of the company departments. The Chamber of Industry and Commerce of East Thuringia in Gera, the AWA e. V. and the departments of logistics, quality and production have just recently developed a seminar on the subject of "Electrical Engineering" - tailored to the needs of the respective corporate divisions.
