Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits and take care of the necessary communication.
- In the context of process improvement, you will put existing processes to the test and ensure continuous optimization.
- You will manage, maintain and further develop our internal quality system.
- In order to strengthen and develop our suppliers, you will manage and coordinate relevant quality issues with our suppliers.
- With your specialist knowledge, you will take over the management of your own QM projects and plan the processes in a self-determined and targeted manner.
- You will work closely with all departments on quality issues.
Your profile
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
- Relevant technical and commercial professional experience in quality management is required, e.g. as a quality manager (m/f/d), quality engineer (m/f/d), auditor (m/f/d) or a comparable job profile
- Auditor training or demonstrable professional experience
- Fundamental knowledge of QM tools/methods (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.).)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Enforcement, persuasion and communication skills
- Systematic, structured and fact-based way of working
- Project management skills and strong technical understanding
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel is desirable
