Purchasing Manager 采购经理 (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for sourcing complex technical components on the Asian market for international manufacturing—from supplier negotiations and management to cross-functional collaboration and cost optimization.
• You develop and manage the supplier network by conducting assessments and audits while building long-term partnerships that ensure supply chain stability and business success.
• You drive market and risk management by identifying and developing reliable suppliers and distribution networks, establishing strong procurement structures in Southeast Asia, and proactively analyzing sourcing markets to optimize cost, performance, innovation, and supply chain resilience.
• You establish and coordinate seamless contract manufacturing in Asia in close alignment with MICRO-HYBRID headquarters in Germany.

 

Your Profile

• Master Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable field of study
• Proven international procurement experience with technical and strategic expertise
• Familiarity with EU–Southeast Asia customs processes
• Strong supplier network for mechanical and electronic components
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and intercultural communication skills
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• International travel readiness and a proactive, communicative mindset
• Exceptionally High Levels of Loyalty and Integrity

薪资范围：24000–28000 元/月

您的职责

负责亚洲市场多种复杂技术零部件的采购工作，包括供应商谈判、管理，跨部门合作及采购成本优化。
负责供应商体系的开发与管理，通过供应商评估、审核及绩效管理，建立长期稳定的战略合作关系，确保供应链稳定运行并支持业务持续发展。
推动市场分析与供应风险管理，寻找并开发可靠的供应商及分销网络，在亚洲建立完善的采购体系；主动分析采购市场趋势，持续优化成本、供应商绩效、创新能力及供应链韧性。
与德国 MICRO-HYBRID 总部保持紧密协作，负责亚洲地区合同制造（Contract Manufacturing）的建立、协调与顺利实施，确保生产供应链高效运行。

我们期待您具备

工商管理、工业工程或相关专业硕士学历。
丰富的国际采购经验，拥有扎实的技术采购及战略采购能力。
熟悉欧盟与亚洲地区的进出口及海关流程。
机械及电子零部件供应商资源。
优秀的组织协调能力、跨文化沟通能力及团队合作精神。
流利的英语沟通能力，德语可作为加分项。
能够接受国际商务出差，具备积极主动的工作态度和良好的沟通能力。
极高的忠诚度和诚信度。
