Full speed ahead is now the motto for three trainees and five students at Micro-Hybrid. Their mission: a high-quality education with a very good degree. They have best conditions with our team of trainers and supervisors at their side.

Our "newcomers" attended information days at the Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach , visited the "Hauptsache Erfolg" career homepage or took a look behind the scenes to find out more about training opportunities and the company. So they have found the perfect apprenticeship at Micro-Hybrid for themselves.

Seit Juni 2024 leitet Dr. Julius Komma den Bereich IR & MEMS bei Micro-Hybrid. Sein Team, bestehend aus Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren in Produktentwicklung und Labor, arbeitet an der Spitze der Infrarottechnologie.
