In our modern LTCC competence center we produce LTCC substrates. For further processing all technologies of electronic production are used. SMD assembly, chip technologies, encapsulation, hermetic housing. Highly qualified employees take over soldering and assembly processes for standard industrial electronics, depending on the requirements, up to the production of highly reliable hand soldered connections for aerospace applications according to the current ESA or IPC standards
